• Individuals and contacts whose information you, the User, may input into the Software (such as carrier notes, pipeline status, or custom contact logs). Motor Carrier Leads acts as a data processor/service provider with respect to Customer Data stored on your behalf.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and authentication credentials.
• Billing information: handled directly and securely by our payment processor, Stripe — see Section 4.
• Customer Data you input: CRM pipeline status notes, custom tags, and outreach records.
• Communications: messages and feedback you send to our support team.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and interactions with the platform.
• Cookies and tracking technologies: we use cookies to ensure proper session handling, authentication, and service performance.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• Stripe: transaction confirmations and subscription status metadata (we never receive or store full credit card numbers).
• Public Motor Carrier Records: government databases and public transportation records (such as USDOT and FMCSA commercial data feeds) used to power our lead lists.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services and Kanban CRM tools;
• Process subscription payments and manage your active account;
• Deliver daily 8:30 AM CT FMCSA motor carrier lead feeds;
• Communicate with you regarding your account, product updates, and customer support;
• Monitor, secure, and protect the integrity of the platform; and
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with trusted service providers as follows:

• Stripe — to process subscription payments. Stripe's data practices are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers — secure cloud hosting and database infrastructure (TiDB) to store application and account data.
• Legal and Safety Reasons — if required to comply with applicable law, subpoenas, or legal processes, or to protect the safety and rights of Motor Carrier Leads and our users.
• Business Transfers — in connection with any merger, sale of assets, or corporate acquisition.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Application and CRM records are stored in secure cloud database infrastructure.
• Payment details are encrypted and handled exclusively by Stripe; Motor Carrier Leads never stores raw payment card numbers.
• We maintain appropriate technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access.

6. Cookies and Tracking Choices

We use cookies and similar technologies for necessary site functionality, session security, and authentication. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings, though some platform features may require cookies to operate properly.

7. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account remains active and as required by legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended strictly for commercial and business use by individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

9. Your Choices and Rights (Carrier Data Opt-Out)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account details by contacting support@motorcarrierleads.xyz.

If you are a commercial motor carrier owner, officer, or authorized representative seeking to remove or suppress your phone number or email address from our lead directory, you may email us directly at support@motorcarrierleads.xyz with your USDOT number for prompt suppression.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to third-party tools or websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of external third parties.
